ESHPHOLIN H 6 Series Compressor
The ESPHOLIN H-Compressor is a twin stage V-unit, with the air-cooled inter-cooler located between the cylinders. The air is drawn in on the low-pressure side through an efficient air filter, passing through the air-cooled intercooler to the high pressure cylinder to the final working pressure.Stenhoj Compressors are designed for use by Marine Industry for ship & ocean going vessels.The compressor is available with the following operating automation:
- Fully automatic operation
- with the help of a pressostat, which starts and stops the compressor.
- Semi-automatic operation the compressor is started and the pressostat then controls the magnetic valve, thus alternating between pressure/no pressure.
- Combined operation of the two previous operation types using a change-over switch.
- Stationary Compressors
- Stationary Compressor units are available in various configurations for 10 bar and 15 bar.

In addition to this, the innovative design of the fail safe shaft seal, integrated oil filter and oil regulation valve, ensures external hoses are reduced to a mini-mum to guarantee the highest levels of quality and reliability are achieved.

Adsorption Dryers
Drying of small and medium volume flows especially require an economical solution. Required are dryers, which distinguished features are low investment and running costs.
STENOPAC 2000 adsorption dryer makes the advantages of big dryers also for small and medium volume flows available.
STENOPAC 2000 is equipped with pre-and after filters and with the electronically level controlled drain. Guaranteed pure, dry and oil free compressed air –and no loss of compressed air from condensate drainage.

Fridge Dryer
For the treatment of compressed air we recommend using STENHØJ’s compact fridge dryer with built in water separator and a very high efficiency.
The fridge dryer is applied to remove the condensate in order to secure a low dew point in the compressed air.
STENHØJ’s fridge dryer is equipped with a heat exchanger made of aluminium and with 3 functionalities: Air to air heat exchanger, air to cooling agent exchanger and separator for the condensate. The fridge dryer does not shut down until a dew point temperature of above +20 degrees C.

STENHØJ BEKOMAT is characterized by reliability, fast and smooth installation, and maintenance with minimum time requirements. This is achieved through an innovative construction which consists of only 2 or 3 units with quick release connectors. This means STENHØJ BEKOMAT can be serviced fast without decoupling from the electrical outlet.
